Poker Fraud Alert About Todd Witteles + John Sepulveda

Today I will report about two other online forums and their owners, Poker Fraud Alert run by Todd Witteles aka Dan Druff and Vegas Poker Radio forum aka Filthy Limper Radio run by John Sepulveda aka Jasep and JohnnySep.

These forums receive very little traffic (especially Vegas Poker Radio forum) but serve as excellent examples of seemingly benign online forums that offer the potential for defrauding their readers and members.

For full disclosure Todd Witteles, John Sepulveda and some of their associates are the subject of  investigative research to discover if they have violated criminal and civil laws (Federal and State) concerning cyber stalking, slander, libel, defamation of character, harassment, copyright infringement and more. I will cover this in future articles but this post will address fraud as it relates to John Sepulveda and Todd Witteles.

You see, while researching their potential criminal and civil misconduct I discovered some very interesting facts about Todd Witteles and his friend John Sepulveda. I’ll expose one of these verifiable truths today (more to come in the future).

A little background.

Todd Wittteles and John Sepulveda are cyber bullies. In fact, in the past Todd has taken his despicable behavior offline when he spied on and stalked one of his forum members by visiting the victim’s home to take photographs and video he later used to harass the victim.

Both Todd and John have directly attacked me and enlisted their associates to do the same. Of course I will use all legal remedies available but I also have this popular website to expose Dan Druff and Jasep. That is something they didn’t count on.

Todd Witteles is a poker player. He won a significant poker tournament @ 8 years ago. John Sepulveda is also a poker player, although much less accomplished than Dan Druff. Jasep is a small stakes grinder.

Todd Witteles started his forum, Poker Fraud Alert, ostensibly to expose fraud and dirty dealings in the poker community. John Sepulveda is a member of PFA who decided to start his own forum. The two owners allow cross postings between the forums and have appeared as guests and co hosts on their respective forum podcasts.

This where it gets interesting. Witteles allowed Jasep to post a BAP on Poker Fraud Alert. In poker terms a ‘BAP’ is an acronym meaning Buy A Piece of my action. It’s simply a poker player selling or offering shares of his poker play (tournament or cash games) and splitting any potential winnings with the investors.

Jasep raised @ $5,000 for his most recent BAP. However, what John Sepulveda and Todd Witteles did not tell potential BAP investors is that Jasep recently experienced eviction and debt collection problems. Would any investor really risk sending money to a mediocre poker player who was facing eviction?

More disturbing is the fact that the Johnston, RI Police Department for Feb. 7 to Feb. 10, 2011 reported that John Sepulveda of 19 Warren Ave., North Providence, was arrested and charged with felony identity fraud!

A simple check of any of Jasep’s websites reveals he registered them from 19 Warren Ave., Apt 5, North Providence. That’s a condo John Sepulveda rented. I’m not sure if he still lives there because that condo is listed for sale at $55,000.

Here is a summary of the report provided to Johnston Patch by the Johnston Police Department:

Identity Fraud Arrest

John A. Sepulveda, 30, of 19 Warren Ave., North Providence, was arrested and charged with felony identity fraud.

On Aug. 31, 2010 Rachel Pineda went to the Johnston Police headquarters to report an identity theft that took place in 2009. Pineda told the police that she received a call from a collection agency trying to collect $1,088 for a loan that was in her name, according to the police report. The loan agent provided Pineda with the contact email address that was used on the loan application, along with the mailing address.

The mailing address was for a vacant residence next door to hers. The email address belonged to Pineda’s ex-boyfriend, Sepulveda. An arrest warrant was issued for Sepulveda after he agreed to make a full payment on the loan and neglected to do so twice.  He was released on $2,500 personal recognizance.

This is the type of diligence and honesty Todd Witteles employs to protect his readers from potential fraud. The Poker Fraud Alert forum promotes investments from a man, John Sepulveda aka Jasep who has been arrested for fraud!

Now that’s a real Poker Fraud Alert.

With the lies and misleading information spewed by John Sepulveda and Todd Witteles surrounding my concerns about Vegas Poker Radio and Poker Fraud Alert it’s important the truth is told.

My concerns were not just about a humorous gif created from a video I made years ago. That is a lie repeated by Jasep and Druff.

The truth is both John and Todd knew I was concerned about an escalating campaign of harassment against me and my family. They knew this because I sent each of them several messages explaining how this ‘joke’ was getting out of hand.

I received (and still receive) a plethora of threatening messages and emails. One phone call I received contained a warning message that people were breaking into my house and my neighbor’s home.

The cyber stalking, persecution and invasion of privacy goes far beyond just copyright infringement and forum humor. The emails, messages and phone calls contain threats and the most vile and despicable content imaginable.

I have a thick skin but what’s the purpose except to intimidate and harass? Why do they have to include my family in this cyber badgering?

Todd Witteles ignored my pleas and refused to remove or stop the incessant posting of my personal private information, photographs of my home, my family, my work history, my full name, personal details and more.

Witteles and some of his sycophants on Poker Fraud Alert have erroneously stated that I posted Todd’s family information on PFA. I didn’t.

Long after I recognized Todd was not going to stop encouraging the harassment I did mention the name Abraham in a podcast chat room. The chronology is important because that occurred long after my personal and family information was plastered all over Poker Fraud Alert.

Poker Fraud Alert’s Rules state:

Personal information. Don’t post phone numbers, addresses, or workplace information. Also don’t post anyone’s full name or picture if they haven’t made it public. Definitely do not post any information about anyone’s family members, including pictures, names, or anything else about them.

Obviously Todd Witteles broke and allowed some of his members to violate these rules. Todd Witteles is a hypocrite.

While corresponding with John Sepulveda about how concerned I was with my private and family information being mentioned on Vegas Poker Radio Forum he finally agreed to remove it all and not allow it in the future. We had an agreement.

However he broke his word and continued posting and allowing others to plaster my information on VPR. As of this writing Jasep is still publishing photographs of me, my brothers, my nephews, my friends, my home and more.

Recently he published my home telephone number, my brother’s full name and his telephone number. He also published my brother’s company name, address and phone number. John Sepulveda also published my email address as well as my brother’s email.

I’ve documented all the harassment. I have the emails, etc. Here’s a small sample:

another:

your mother rots in the ground like the trash she is    how many dicks did that slut suck in her life?

My Mom is very much alive and quite healthy thank you. Here’s one the same person sent about my Dad:

Your dad raised you to be a bitch. We should all piss on his grave. Where is your bitch dad buried? He needs to be pissed on.

I have many more but you get the point. Todd Witteles and John Sepulveda either directly sent these types of messages (and many more) or are responsible for encouraging some their forum members to do so. What a couple of swell guys.

After all this John Sepulveda made the misleading claim on Vegas Poker Radio Forum that I published his name, former address, his daughter’s mother’s name and address. He implied that he is a victim!

The truth is, in a recent article, I linked to a Rhode Island newspaper story that published this information because they were reporting about a crime, a felony fraud arrest, that John Sepulveda committed! Did he harass and cyber stalk the owner of that newspaper when the story first broke?

The harassment continues. Some idiot created an account on Metacafe video site under my real name using my complete personal details. He then posted a harassing video about me. Todd Witteles continues to promote that phony account on his poker forum Poker Fraud Alert. The good folks at Metacafe were very helpful in removing that fake account.

Another genius from Poker Fraud Alert built a complete but phony website full of my personal information and photographs of me, my family and my home. I’ve had that intrusive fake website removed but Todd Witteles continues to promote it on Poker Fraud Alert.

As soon as this hate campaign and harassment began I repeatedly and respectfully asked Todd Witteles and John Sepulveda to put a stop to the constant posting of personal, private information about me, my family, my work, my friends and my home.

They refused. I hold them both directly responsible.

Sometimes I come across a character in the poker community who is so stupid, so out of touch and such a bumbling idiot that I am compelled to introduce the fool to readers of “Six Toed Pete”.

Todd Witteles, the Inspector Clouseau of Poker Frauds, is today’s buffoon. Let’s examine what Todd has been up to recently.

Witteles, aka Dan Druff has taken a well deserved pounding for his role in John Sepulveda’s scams and frauds perpetrated on Poker Fraud Alert and Vegas Poker Radio.

Todd vouched for and enthusiastically pushed and promoted every project and scheme Johnny Sep dreamed up. Not once before this blew up did the owner of “Poker Fraud Alert” alert anyone about his friend and podcast co-host Jasep’s criminal history or dirty deeds.

Why not? Well for the simple reason that Todd refused to vet Sepulveda before approving and championing each scam including the fraudulent Ironman Podcast for the 22Q Foundation Charity.

As a result, John Sepulveda stole thousands of dollars while Todd Witteles and Poker Fraud Alert became a laughingstock in the poker community.

The name “Poker Fraud Alert” is unsuitable for Todd’s poker forum. It’s incongruous with what actually occurs there.

We know Witteles is a failure as a poker fraud sleuth but surely he must ban PFA scam artists and thieves once their guilt is obvious. Incredibly and unfortunately, he doesn’t.

Todd Witteles’ hypocrisy is well documented but his treatment of PFA members who have scammed and defrauded just compounds his dishonesty.

John Sepulveda, aka Jasep on PFA who stole @ $15,000 is still welcomed on Poker Fraud Alert. Another member, 408Mike, who has admitted stealing from a PFA member, has not been banned. PFA’s Weissman, who reportedly stole from Tommyboy and USC, is still a PFA member in good standing and Templar, another PFA scammer is still approved.

Todd’s podcast co-host FckVwls rolled ICFishies for a large sum of cash yet Witteles refuses to ban her. Inequitably another member Jsearles, who was involved in a disagreement with Vegas1369 over a small amount of money, was banned from posting on PFA.

I could go on and on but it’s crystal clear…Todd Wittles does little to nothing to warn the poker community about fraud. His poker forum, Poker Fraud Alert, welcomes, celebrates and promotes poker fraud!

Remember Todd is the one who vigorously vouched for convicted thief and notorious conman Peter Falcone, aka PeterDC. Recently Witteles went on record at PFA to praise one of his members who bragged about stealing @ $1,100 from Poker Stars!

As Azzclown, Anal_Hershiser recently posted on PFA:

“We got lots of scammers. One is banned. I don’t particularly care for the guy either, but it is what it is.”

When PFA member Lannister recently inquired:

“…I am curious why some scammers are allowed to post here??”

Poker Fraud Alert member Needless2say gave this honest, accurate reply:

“cuz this is where all the frauds kick-it.”

Thankfully the poker community can sleep easy knowing Todd Witteles is protecting them from poker fraud.

She loves me, she loves me not.

Here’s another example of Todd Witteles’ sharp mind in action as he tries to determine if he’s being hustled by two prostitutes in a Las Vegas casino bar.

He actually started a thread on his forum wondering if two women seated next to him at a bar might have been genuinely interested in him?! This occurred @ 5am in a Caesars Palace watering hole.

Todd was so excited about the attention he received from these “ladies” that he published a poll in the PFA thread hoping his members would verify and validate his feelings that these were not prostitutes but just attractive women interested in him.

It was not tongue-in-cheek. Druff was truly hopeful these two women authentically desired him, an awkward, overweight, socially inept fool.

If this clueless guy can’t spot two casino bar “Weekend Warriors” sizing him up as a trick how can he protect the poker community from fraud?

N.B. After reading this article I wonder how long it will take Dan Druff to post in his thread that he was only kidding and knew they were hookers all along? Sure Druff…we believe you.

Poker Fraud Alert forum has been going downhill since its inception one year ago. What happened and why is this poker forum failing?

First let’s look at the PFA website stats from Alexa.com:

Percentage of global visits to PFA that arrived from a search engine: Down 26% in past month.

Percentage of global pageviews on PFA: Down 18% in past month.

Daily time spent on PFA: Down 18% in past month.

Percentage of global internet users who visit PFA: Down 14% in the past three months.

I could go on and on about how every indicator reveals that Poker Fraud Alert is floundering and fizzling. The stats don’t lie.

Ironically the only significant bump in traffic on PFA during the past year was directly caused by me, Six Toed Pete. That occurred in January and February of this year after I was the first to report about Poker Fraud Alert forum member John Sepulveda‘s (aka Jasep, aka JohnnySep) criminal history, scams and frauds.

John Sepulveda aka “Jasep”, another criminal Todd Witteles vouched for.

It turned out the owner of Poker Fraud Alert, Todd Witteles (aka Dan Druff) was a good friend and podcast co-host with John Sepulveda. JohnnySep was one of Todd’s favorite PFA members. In fact Witteles vouched for, promoted and supported every scam and fraud Jasep created on Poker Fraud Alert.

Initially, Witteles and Sepulveda (who owned his own poker forum called Vegas Poker Radio) joined forces and ganged up on me for spreading “lies” about Todd’s Golden Boy Jasep. They and their minions used their respective poker forums to attack me and my credibility. They used doctored photos of me, my home, my family, my copyrighted materials and more. Much of my private, personal and work information was revealed often with vile, disgusting twists and lies. Sepulveda even made a false police report about me which backfired with grave consequences for him.

I didn’t back down. Their lies and bullying didn’t work. I shut down Vegas Poker Radio forum, exposed all of John Sepulveda’s frauds and scams so that he eventually admitted everything I wrote was true, including his theft of thousands of dollars from the children’s charity 22@ Foundation. He’s either on the run or hiding out from the criminal investigation his misdeeds caused.

Witteles became a laughingstock in the poker community. He spent January and February on PFA trying to cover his ass and separate himself from Jasep. To hear Todd these days one would think he never knew the guy. However, irreparable damage was already done to Todd Witteles’ reputation as the “Fraud Alert King”.

The owner of Poker Fraud Alert had one of the most notorious poker fraudsters right under his nose, a man with a felony criminal record for fraud and Todd, the poker fraud expert, couldn’t sniff him out! Plus Todd co-hosted poker radio with him while vouching for and promoting every scam Jasep ran on PFA!

So that’s how I increased traffic on Poker Fraud Alert in January and February. Unfortunately for PFA, my boost didn’t last. So let’s look closer at why Poker Fraud Alert forum is failing.

The owner, Todd Witteles has a history with failed or failing poker forums. He’s just not very good at running a successful poker forum. Every poker forum Todd has owned, moderated, had a leading role in or association with has failed.

NeverwinPoker failed. As Dan Michalski wrote in Pokerati.com:

“…the filthiest, most offensive poker site on the internet — filled with racist, sexist, drug-addled degeneracy and perverse nudity that provided a voice for a notably vile, socially maladjusted segment of the poker world — is no longer…”

That website address now goes to Dustin Woolf’s homepage. It hasn’t been updated in years and has no poker forum. It’s dead.

Todd then became part owner in DownDown.com, another NSFW website/poker forum. Witteles wanted to own a website that published pornography and continued NWP’s style of racism, sexism, gossip and perversion. That poker forum now goes to something called DonkDown 3.0. There is no poker forum there but when the forum was up last month, there was literally zero traffic. If not dead, it’s hardly breathing.

Witteles then changed hats from “Poker Porn King” to “Poker Fraud Alert King” as owner of Poker Fraud Alert. It’s not going well for Dan Druff.

Let’s review pertinent parts of Todd’s mission statement for PFA. It reveals exactly why PFA is failing. The highlighted sections in bold were made by me.

While the 2+2 forums have a large following and have been instrumental in breaking open various scandals, they are far from ideal. Accusations against their sponsors have often been censored. Even when discussion has been fully allowed, the site is so huge that it’s hard to find these scam warning threads, and most people never see them.

PokerFraudAlert seeks to be the one-stop place on the web to learn all about the shady companies, individuals, and situations in poker. We can’t do this alone. We will need your help to be the eyes and ears of our community, and to report whatever you see on our forum. We will never censor your claims, even if they’re against one of our sponsors. In addition to providing you an open forum report fraud within the poker community, we will also analyze your claims with a clear head an unbiased point of view. And, of course, the accused will always have the floor to defend themselves.

Stats reveal that the site is not thriving and here’s why. Todd Witteles is dishonest. He doesn’t follow his own PFA rules and TOS. He does censor opposing views. His rules prohibit publication of personal, private and work photos and information but he allowed my data to be plastered all over his forum. When I objected, he censored me. He tried to protect his good friend John Sepulveda by silencing me. It didn’t work.

Protecting con men, scam artists and frauds like John Sepulveda is precisely why Poker Fraud Alert is failing. Although I’m banned there I visit PFA any time I wish. I  have multiple sources on Poker Fraud Alert. Some are active members in good standing while others are dupe accounts. My “Dupe Squad” and sources were helpful in researching this article. If Todd bans one dupe IP, someone just opens another one. For a guy who brags about a computer science degree, Todd is not very intelligent. He doesn’t know how to effectively block IPs.

Todd’s mission statement mentions scumbags and criminals, collusion, scams and bottom-feeders of our society. My research reveals that the PFA membership is chock-full of exactly those types of reprobates and behavior!

We already know about PFA member John Sepulveda (btw, while I am banned “Jasep” is still a member of PFA! Todd won’t ban his friend) and his theft from the community but let’s check out the other PFA members.

The mission statement mentions cheating and collusion. PFA member and fervent supporter of Jasep, “WillieMcFML” has admitted engaging in poker game collusion and chip dumping with another PFA member “Yebsite”. “Yebsite” has committed identity theft fraud (one of Jasep’s many crimes) and boasts of stealing from poker sites. “WillieMcFML” ‘s friend and also a PFA member, “JustifiedHomicide” has scammed victims for over five figures.

“JustifiedHomicide” still hasn’t repaid his many victims in the poker community yet incredibly, Todd Witteles has discussed offering him his own radio show on PFA! All the while Todd warns us about the bottom-feeders of our society. Let’s meet some other members of Poker Fraud Alert.

Anyone have an extra $13,000 I can borrow?

Let me introduce female PFA member “Vwls” (aka “FckVwls” aka “RealFckVwls”). This “lady” stole @ $13,000 from Todd’s friend ICFishies. She is currently (although on hiatus) Todd’s official co-host for his weekly poker podcast.

Another PFA member in good standing is “PLOL”. He stole @ $1,200 from PokerStars. Todd not only didn’t ban “PLOL”, he praised him for his brilliant theft.

PFA forum favorite “badguy23″ has often bragged about stealing from sportsbooks and poker sites. Todd even allows him to publish his scam methods so other Poker Fraud Alert members can steal just like “badguy23″.

Continuing on we have PFA member “408Mike” who has admitted stealing from another PFA member. Mike has not been banned. PFA member “Weissman”, who reportedly stole from “Tommyboy” and “USC”, is still a PFA member in good standing and “Templar”, another PFA scammer is still approved by Witteles.

PFA member “SrslySirius” is not a bottom-feeder. I actually think the guy has talent but he often makes poor decisions. Last night he admitted to a member of my “Dupe Squad” that he cheated and gamed YouTube in order to garner millions of views for one of his videos. He confessed to paying for fake YouTube views by utilizing a view bot software script.

Even if he claims to have changed his ways as he assured my undercover dupe last night, surely he recognizes even one video with millions of faked views gives his YouTube channel and subsequent videos a huge unfair advantage over honest YouTube broadcasters. Plus his admission of scamming YouTube puts his entire channel at risk and taints everything he does in the future.

“SrslySirius” initially joined forces with the characters at QuadJacks. That site failed. Later he hooked up with DonkDown. That site gets zero traffic. Now he has hitched his wagon to Todd Witteles and Poker Fraud Alert, a poker forum awash in disreputable scoundrels who continue to cheat, defraud and scam innocent members of the poker community all under Dan Druff’s dishonest banner, Poker Fraud Alert.

Someone should advise the kid to get as far away from PFA as possible. Take a page from Brandon “Drexel” Gerson’s book and leave.

As “Alex Thomas” commented on another article I penned about Todd Witteles and Poker Fraud Alert:

“I am writing this to assure people that what is being written here is true and not just the actions of someone with a vendetta.”

I appreciated that because Witteles and his fraud trolls tried to spread the lie that I have a vendetta against Todd. I don’t.

Look at the facts. One PFA member stole hundreds and thousands of dollars from over forty innocent members of Poker Fraud Alert. Witteles vouched for that man, “JohnnySep”. Many of those PFA members are now former PFA members. Who can blame them for leaving Poker Fraud Alert?

What did Todd Witteles do as his poker forum members were being fleeced? He kept himself busy clipping coupons for Boston Chicken. Todd Witteles is a fucking joke, a total failure as the self-appointed Chief Of Poker Fraud Police.

Run down any of the PFA scams that continually run on Todd’s poker forum. Most of them victimize other Poker Fraud Alert members! Is it any surprise that PFA has hit rock bottom?

Good folks in the poker community don’t want to participate in a poker forum whose members breed, promote, celebrate and commit scams, frauds and crimes. That’s why Poker Fraud Alert is failing. Contrary to fighting poker fraud, Witteles has opened the floodgates to scam artists, thieves and other assorted miscreants.

Past honest PFA members have left and except for the “Dupe Squad”, no new members are joining PFA. What’s left is a sad, pathetic community of scam artists, cheaters and criminals, peppered by clueless lonely old fat guys like the two-legged horse’s ass, “RolloTomasi” and ignorant cut and paste whack job posters like DirtyB. Only about 15 “active” members regularly post there and the majority of those losers do so from Mom’s basement.

Yeah, I vouched for Peter Falcone and Jasep, so what?

Even Todd Witteles senses the inevitable truth of this article. He recently beseeched the authorities at TwoPlusTwo poker forum to reinstate his account there. Todd had been posting for years under a dupe account. His ban was lifted so now he can post under his true handle on a poker forum folks actually read. He sees the writing on the wall. His reputation is in tatters. Stick a fork in it, PFA is done.

Interestingly Poker Fraud Alert’s symbol or avatar is the skull and crossbones…an emblem warning of danger, used to indicate the presence of toxic or poisonous material. Now that’s an appropriate logo for the scam artists’ paradise.

UPDATE: After reading this article, the dumbest man in poker, Todd Witteles, made a huge blunder. He posted several comments on his fail poker forum, Poker Fraud Alert, where he threatened to pay a cyberstalking hit man $800 to harass me online! I have all the threats including screenshots. $800?! Good grief I have more than that in my coin jar.

However, Todd never pays retail and $800 is a small fortune to Witteles’ hit-boy who hides in his mother’s basement in Eastern Europe…Lithonia, Georgia to be precise. Todd committed a crime…soon his lawyer will explain this to him.
